A Sensory-Friendly Hour from 12–1 p.m. will offer a calmer setting with fewer distractions for kids who prefer a quieter experience.

After you’ve found the elf, head to the front desk to get a stamp on your Winter Fest passport, which earns you an entry into the grand prize drawing at the Downtown Plaza.
