Make the most of Winter Fest with the Winter Fest Passport & Raffle! Explore Downtown Champaign while earning chances to win big holiday prizes!!
Pick up your passport at the Downtown Plaza, then visit participating businesses between 12–4 p.m. Every time you stop in, you’ll receive a passport stamp, no purchase necessary.
Each stamp = one raffle ticket. You’ll have the full four hours of Winter Fest to explore, enjoy activities, and collect as many stamps as possible. When you’re finished, return to the Downtown Plaza and redeem your passport for that same number of raffle entries and choosing between four different grand-prize giveaways.
You can also use your Winter Fest Punch Card for special discounts at downtown retailers throughout the event.
How it works: Visit businesses, get stamped, earn raffle entries, and win prizes you actually want this season! Must be present to win!
