About the event
Every Sunday before the local artist or group takes the stage at 12:30 PM, the Downtown Plaza will come alive with family-friendly games and activities starting at 11:30 AM. A live host will lead different interactive games each week that families, friends, and teams can jump into while enjoying the plaza atmosphere.
While you play, grab lunch from one of the Downtown Champaign restaurants and enjoy your food right on the plaza. It’s a relaxed way to spend your Sunday afternoon with the community before the free live concert begins at 12:30 PM.
Be sure to pick up your free Sound Bites Membership Card on the plaza during any Sound Bites event. Membership cards give you Thursday-only discounts at participating Downtown restaurants, bars, and retailers all season long.
