About the event
Add a creative sparkle to your Winter Fest celebration with Ornament Making at two Downtown Champaign favorites: Watson’s Shack & Rail (211 N Neil) and PACA Architectural & Salvage Warehouse (44 E Washington). From 12–4 p.m., families, kids, and adults are invited to stop in and craft their very own holiday ornament using a variety of unique materials provided at each location.
A Sensory-Friendly Hour from 12–1 p.m. at both sites will offer reduced noise, a slower pace, and a comfortable environment for children and families who prefer a quieter crafting experience.
At Watson’s Shack & Rail, guests can enjoy a warm, festive setup featuring snowflake making and ornament decorating with classic kid-friendly holiday craft materials.
At PACA, makers can explore reclaimed, vintage, and architectural pieces to design one-of-a-kind ornaments inspired by Champaign’s history and creative reuse.
