About the event
This December, Downtown Champaign is keeping the Winter Fest spirit alive! Even though the storm disrupted our parade, our mission remains the same: support local businesses and bring our community together.
Pick up your Winter Fest Passport at any participating downtown retailer, collect stamps as you visit businesses throughout December, and return your passport by December 30 to any participating retailer for a chance to win one of our four themed prize bundles. No purchase is required to earn a stamp, just stop inside any participating location. Purchases are only needed if you’d like to redeem punch-card discounts.
Turn in your passport to any participating retailer by December 30. Winners will be selected on December 31.
